At SPK DEZIN, we stand behind the quality of our 100% pure cotton, colour-fast, shrink-free home furnishings. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Packaging: Original packaging should be intact where possible.
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt is required.

Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain categories of products once the packaging has been opened. Please see "Non-Returnable Items" for details.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging or suitable alternative.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided by our team (or wait for our pickup service if applicable).
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless defective:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take pride in our "Color-Fast & Long-Lasting" quality promise. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect/damage.
  • We will arrange a free pickup and replacement at no additional cost.
  • In some cases, we may issue a refund instead of a replacement.
